How to Claim Your 100 % Fee Refund Under the InternZity Guarantee

Refund Timeline

7–14 Working Days (excluding weekends/public holidays) from complete submission.

Verification: 2–5 working days

Approval & Processing: 7–14 working days

Refund Issued: To your original payment method

Certificate of Completion – proves you finished the programme & internship

Attendance Report – showing 90 %+ live-session attendance

Internship Submission Proof – screenshots/links to all project files

Mock Interview Confirmation – signed sheet or screenshot

Job Application Proof – JobZure log or tracker for 100+ self-applications

Refund Request Form – completed online via our secure portal

Step-by-Step Refund Process

Step 1 — Access the Refund Portal

Visit our secure Access Refund Portal and submit your request. Fill in your details, upload all required documents, and sign the declaration.

Step 2 — Verification

Our placement team will:

• Check your attendance

• Review internship submissions

• Confirm mock-interview participation

• Validate job-application activity

• Cross-check your placement-support history

Step 3 — Refund Approval & Transfer

If you meet all criteria:

• Approval email sent

• Amount credited via original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.)

• If original method is unavailable, we'll request alternative bank details with ID proof

Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if you:

❌ Drop out before completing the programme

❌ Attend less than 90 % of live classes

❌ Miss project deadlines without valid reason

❌ Skip mock interviews

❌ Reject valid job offers matching placement criteria

❌ Are unresponsive during job support (no reply within 48 h)

Important Deadlines

The guarantee window ends 90 days after your course-completion date.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days after this period.

Late requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
