By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.
- Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if younger).
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Training programmes – Online via live, self-paced, or hybrid formats.
- Pre-placement internships – Real company projects.
- Career tools – Job application support and interview preparation.
- Placement Guarantee – Live & PRO programmes only (see §7).
The official terms of the InternZity 100 % Placement Guarantee are designed to be clear, fair, and transparent. This section explains how long the guarantee is valid, when the clock starts, and the legal framework that protects both you and InternZity.
The Guarantee Window
Duration: 3 months (90 calendar days) after your official course-completion date.
Your completion date is the later of:
- The last live session you attended, or
- The date you submitted your final internship project.
If no qualifying offer is received within this window—and you meet all eligibility criteria—you may request a full refund.
No Extensions Policy
We do not extend the guarantee window, even if you:
- Pause your learning or internship
- Delay starting job applications
- Miss scheduled interviews
This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all learners.
Refund Request Deadline
Submit your refund request within 7 days after the 3-month window ends. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Shared Responsibility
Our guarantee is a partnership:
- InternZity commits to: applying to jobs for you (via JobZure), preparing you for interviews (via Zynterview), and connecting you to employer networks.
- You commit to: meeting all eligibility criteria, staying responsive, and attending interviews. Unresponsiveness or rejection of qualifying offers voids the guarantee.
Legal Agreement
Every student signs a Placement Guarantee Terms & Agreement PDF during admission, covering:
- Course fee structure and payment plan
- Placement definition and salary thresholds
- Eligibility criteria for refund
- Guarantee window rules
- Required documentation for refund requests
- Refund exceptions and disqualification cases
- Dispute resolution process
Dispute Resolution
- We will first address any dispute through written communication.
- If unresolved, matters are mediated under UK consumer-education regulations.
- Public defamation, false claims, or misuse of legal threats may result in legal action.
What We Do Not Guarantee
We do not guarantee:
- Roles at specific companies or MNCs only
- Salaries above the stated threshold in your country
- Visa sponsorships or relocation
- Government jobs or offline roles
The guarantee applies only to qualifying remote jobs as defined in “What Counts as a Placement.”
Legal Compliance Disclaimer
The Placement Guarantee is offered only to learners who:
- Meet all participation and documentation requirements
- Complete the course and internship
- Remain active during the job-support phase
- Submit refund requests within the stated timelines
Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once eligibility is verified.
- Attend all required sessions and complete all assigned projects.
- Maintain professional behaviour with trainers, mentors, and partners.
- Do not misuse, copy, or distribute materials without permission.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
- Programme fees must be paid in line with your agreed payment plan.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access.
Refunds are issued only:
- Under the 100 % Placement Guarantee Refund Policy (eligible Live & PRO learners).
- In exceptional cases at our discretion, per our published Refund Policy.
1. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via the Refund Portal within 7 days after the Guarantee Window ends.
- Upload required documents:
Certificate of Completion, Attendance Report, Internship Submission Proof, Mock Interview Confirmation, and Job Application Proof. - InternZity’s placement team verifies your submission (2–5 working days).
- Approved refunds are paid within 7–14 working days.
2. Refund Exceptions
No refund will be issued if you:
- Drop out before completing the programme.
- Attend < 90 % of live sessions.
- Miss project deadlines without valid reason.
- Skip mock interviews.
- Reject valid job offers that meet the Placement definition.
- Are unresponsive during the job-support period.
- Submit the refund request late (after 7 days from Guarantee Window end).
3. Post-Refund Support
Even after a refund, you keep:
- Your internship certificate
- 6 months free JobZure Pro access
- 6 months free Zynterview Premium access
- Remote-Ready Certified badge
- Access to the JobZure AfterCare Community
4. Legal & Dispute Resolution
This Guarantee is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are first addressed in writing; if unresolved, they are mediated under UK consumer-education regulations. Public defamation, false claims, or misuse of legal threats may result in legal action.
5. Updates to These Terms
InternZity may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be emailed to learners and posted on our website; continued participation indicates acceptance.
InternZity Placement Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Placement Guarantee Terms (“Terms”) form part of your agreement with InternZity Ltd (“InternZity”, “we”, “us”). By enrolling in any eligible Live or PRO programme, you agree to these Terms. If you meet all eligibility criteria and do not receive a qualifying remote job offer within the Guarantee Window, you are entitled to a full refund of your course fees.
2. Definitions
2.1 Placement – A remote job offer that meets all of the following:
- Job Type: Full-time, part-time, contract, or paid internship.
- Minimum Salary/Stipend: Country-specific threshold (see Appendix A).
- Duration: Minimum 1–3 months with potential extension.
- Work Mode: 100 % remote unless the learner requests otherwise.
- Proof: Official offer letter, contract, or verified employer confirmation.
2.2 Guarantee Window – 3 months (90 days) starting from the later of:
- Your last live session, or
- The date you submitted your final internship project.
2.3 Eligible Programmes: InternZity Live & PRO Programmes only.
2.4 Refund: Full course fee returned via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
3. Eligibility Criteria
You must satisfy all of the following:
- Attend at least 90 % of live sessions.
- Complete and submit every internship project on time.
- Participate in at least one mock interview run by InternZity.
- Respond to all job updates/interview requests within 48 hours during the Guarantee Window.
- Plus one of:
- Authorise JobZure to apply for ≥ 30 jobs on your behalf, or
- Provide proof of ≥ 100 self-applications to relevant roles.
- All course materials and tools are the property of InternZity Ltd or its licensors.
- You may use them only for personal learning and career development.
- You must not share, resell, or reproduce materials without consent.
- Plagiarism, cheating, or submitting false information.
- Using our platforms for unlawful, harmful, or offensive activities.
- Harassing or abusing any member of the InternZity community.
- InternZity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- We are not responsible for job offers lost due to your actions or omissions.
- Our total liability will not exceed the total programme fees you paid.
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in behaviour that damages our reputation or disrupts learning.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

5. Use of AI & Technology
We employ AI-powered tools (JobZure, Zynterview, CareerZenie) to assist your learning and preparation. These tools do not replace your own efforts, and we are not liable for inaccuracies or errors they may produce.
6. Financial Disclaimer
Salary ranges and stipend figures are guidelines based on current market research and may change over time. We make no promise that every graduate will achieve these figures.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Losses or damages resulting from use of our platforms or content
- Missed opportunities caused by user inactivity or non-compliance
- Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions
