What Counts as a Placement

A clear, global standard for valid, remote job placements.

When we say 100% Placement Guarantee, we mean a real, paid, 100% remote job that meets our global quality standards.

How do we define Job/Internship Placement?

Duration

The job must last for at least 1 to 3 months, with a preference for longer-term opportunities. Shorter gigs or one-time projects do not qualify.

Job Type

The role must be a full-time, part-time, contract, or paid internship. It should involve meaningful work responsibilities related to your skillset and course.

Work Mode

The role must be 100% remote — no mandatory office presence or hybrid work unless you personally opt for it. Flexibility is key.

Minimum Salary/Stipend

The compensation must meet or exceed your country's minimum threshold (as per our official table). For part-time roles or internships, pay must be pro-rated fairly.

Roles or Jobs That Do NOT Qualify

No Unpaid Work

Unpaid internships or volunteer work

Remote-First Preference

Jobs requiring physical presence, unless requested by the student

Fair Compensation Only

Roles paying below the country‑specific threshold

No Short-Term Gigs

One‑time gig work or freelance projects under 1 month

Relevant Roles Only

Roles unrelated to your course skillset

No Commission-Only Jobs

Commission-based roles without a fixed stipend or base salary

Why This Matters

By clearly defining what “placement” means, we:

  • Set fair expectations for all learners
  • Prevent disputes or confusion
  • Maintain quality control with hiring partners
  • Ensure every placement genuinely supports your career growth
